Full Stack Front-End Developer, Mid

Description

• Research, design, develop, and modify enterprise-wide systems and application software • Plan system and development deployment and meet software compliance standards • Evaluate hardware/software interfaces, operational requirements, and overall system characteristics • Document testing and maintenance of system corrections • Develop and enhance Single Page Applications using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React • Lead user experience modernization initiatives with responsive, accessible, and intuitive interfaces • Implement workflow interfaces and automate business processes through SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform integrations • Design and develop RESTful APIs and service layers for front-end and back-end integration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on rapid iterative enhancements in an Agile environment • Apply secure application development practices to meet DoD security and compliance requirements • Perform unit and integration testing and support end-to-end quality assurance • Document technical solutions, user guides, and system configurations • Perform additional duties as assigned to advance mission goals

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue • Responsive UI/UX development experience • Experience with modern state management, including Context API, TanStack Query, Redux, or equivalent • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs with front-end applications • Understanding of Agile and iterative development methodologies • Experience translating stakeholder business processes into software requirements and solutions • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach • Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance at the time of consideration • Must align with Eastern Time Zone core business hours • Software Development Analyst II: 2 years relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; 0 years with a master’s degree; or high school diploma/equivalent and 6 years relevant experience • Software Development III: 5 years relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; 3 years with a master’s degree; 0 years with a PhD or Juris Doctorate; or high school diploma/equivalent and 9 years relevant experience • Preferred: 5 years relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; 3 years with a master’s degree; 0 years with a PhD; or high school diploma/equivalent and 9 years relevant experience • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, PnPjs, SharePoint REST API, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Framework, and Microsoft Power Platform • Full-stack development experience with .NET, Python (Flask/Django), or similar backend technologies • Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux/Context API, CSS-in-JS, and responsive design frameworks • Experience modernizing legacy applications and implementing secure enterprise-grade solutions in DoD or federal environments • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git • Experience in SAFe Agile environments, including PI planning and Scrum/Kanban ceremonies • Ability to deliver maintainable, user-focused web applications • Ability to remain stationary and work at a computer for prolonged periods • Ability to operate a keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment • Ability to communicate effectively in virtual meetings, briefings, and secure collaboration environments • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret digital data for extended periods • Occasional ability to lift documents or equipment up to 10 lbs • Must maintain a home work environment meeting company and government security requirements • Must work assigned East Coast core business hours
