A little bit about us, with the help of ChatGPT:Tolt is a platform that enables software companies to launch affiliate programs. The platform provides all the key elements needed to successfully launch and manage the program, such as payments, referral tracking, fraud protection, an affiliate portal, and many other features.We are still in the early stages, but we have received investments from LAUNCH and Jason Calacanis, and we are working with over 500 exciting startups, such as Prisma.io, Speak.com, OpenArt.ai and Vapi.ai, which are currently generating over $1.5 million in additional monthly revenue through affiliate marketing with Tolt.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer at Tolt, you will:

• Embrace product ownership. Take full responsibility for product features, from initial concept to development, release, and iteration.
• Think like a founder. Act as a mini-CEO for your projects, working closely with the team to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Interact with users. Connect directly with our users on Slack to offer support and gather valuable insights.
• Join our support efforts. We don’t have a dedicated support team, everyone pitches in. First-hand user feedback ensures we're tackling the real issues.

Job Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, showcasing your ability to write clean and efficient code.
• OR just 1 year of working experience on a SaaS product 🚀.
• Expertise in Vanilla JavaScript/TypeScript and React (frontend) paired with Node.js (backend).
• Knowledge of popular frameworks/libraries like Next.js, Knex, Tailwind
• Proficient in creating complex backend features.
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS services, including SQS, Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
• Comfortable using monitoring and error tracking tools (e.g., Bugsnag) and performing end-to-end testing (e.g., Cypress).
• Founder-like mindset: You're proactive, and articulate, enjoy brainstorming new ideas, and thrive on using user feedback to deliver outstanding results.
• We'd consider it a huge plus if you have SaaS or startup experience!
