Full Stack Engineer

At Pickleheads, we're building the #1 online destination for pickleball players. We've already built the leading pickleball court finder and are expanding quickly with scheduling, training, and messaging tools for players, coaches, and organizers. Pickleheads was founded by three startup veterans who previously built a $1B travel business, sold 2 other startups and raised from top firms. Role Summary

As part of the engineering team, you'll be working on a variety of tasks across the product. We work in weekly cycles (sprints) using Linear. You'll be interacting with the co-founders who act as engineering lead, product, and business managers, and you'll be working with a small team of full-stack engineers. We expect you to post a very short update when you begin work for the day, create pull requests for new code, and ensure that tests pass with every merge. In this role, you'll be responsible for building out a mobile app for our team.

Requirements

• You have strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React

• You are familiar with SQL databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL

• You have created both front-end UI components and backend HTTP API routes

• 5+ years in a similar role with demonstrated mobile app built-out experience
