What You'll Do

• Join the Core Team: As a Full-Stack Engineer at Focus AI, you'll be critical to driving the evolution of headcount intelligence. Your technical expertise will shape both our product and our technology strategies.
• Develop Technical Strategies: Design and implement solutions that drive our product's growth, enhance our technological capabilities, and solidify our position as leaders in AI-driven analytic solutions. We have strong collaboration between our Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams.
• Drive Product Development: Leverage your coding and engineering acumen to develop new features, optimize existing systems, and spearhead innovations.
• High-Performing Execution: Embody Focus AI's values as you contribute to product development and technical execution. You'll foster a culture of technical excellence and agility as the team expands.

You Bring

• Proven Engineering Skills: You have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally in high-growth tech environments. You have expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Python, relational and NoSQL databases, AWS services, RESTful APIs, strong debugging skills across the stack, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and containerization.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit & Startup Agility: You thrive in fast-paced settings, adapting quickly as our product and market fit evolve. You are able to quickly adapt to new technologies, changing priorities.
• Self-Starter: You're proactive and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
