Role Summary

Are you a skilled Full-Stack Developer with a passion for web development? We invite you to be part of our team. As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll combine your front-end and back-end skills to bring business objectives to life. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, and see projects from start to finish, ensuring data is delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure feasible solutions.
• Create and participate in projects plans, including technical architecture and development timelines.
• Provide expertise through code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical guidance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.
• Manage tasks and deadlines to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Participate in Agile or Scrum development methodologies for efficient teamwork.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers, designers, and managers for a seamless user experience.
• Enhance user interfaces to make them intuitive and user-friendly.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to boost application performance and user experience.
• Design, build, optimize, and maintain databases (SQL and NoSQL) for application support.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for efficient data communication.
• Implement data migration, transformation, and seeding for seamless integration.
• Create and maintain well-documented databases and code for future reference.
• Keep skills up-to-date and adopt new tools and frameworks to enhance our codebase.

Requirements

• A formal education is not required; however, demonstrated skills in full-stack development will be assessed by reviewing the candidate's portfolio.
• Full stack developer experience working in dynamic teams (AGILE development preferred) within a similar industry.
• Proficiency in PHP/Laravel
• Navigating third-party APIs
• TypeScript/React
• Source Control | CI/CD
• SQL, Redis
• Test Driven Development
• AWS Services (EBS, S3, CloudFront, RDS)
