Job Summary

The Dayforce Public Sector Product Development team is looking for an experienced Software Developer to create the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

The Software Developer is responsible for designing and implementing new products and features as well as enhancing existing solutions. They will collaborate with an experienced team of Developers, Test Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the development process to ensure the product is functionally complete and well-engineered. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing innovator in a technically challenging and rewarding role. Job Requirements

1. An optimistic, communicative, and technically competent individual who is passionate about learning new technologies and building high-quality cloud applications.
2. Strong coding skills using C# .NET.
3. Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and preferably React. Expertise with other UI frameworks such as Dojo, jQuery, Angular, Vue.js is also welcome.
4. Working knowledge of modern web technologies including HTML, CSS 3, SVG, JSON, etc. from professional or academic projects.
5. Working knowledge of modern relational database architecture and SQL.
6. Passion for staying with the problem and solving it together as a team! Knows how to have fun!
7. Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently or in close collaboration within an agile development team.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
