Frontend Software Engineer

Description

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless, responsive, and visually appealing user experiences.

• Implement accessibility best practices and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

• Use industry best practices to create engaging, performant, and secure user interfaces.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and search performance.

• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.

• Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of quality and knowledge sharing.

• Translate business requirements into effective, efficient, and user-friendly experiences.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and show ownership of work throughout the sprint process.

• Leverage AI tools and stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and development practices to improve productivity and innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, or willingness to learn.

• Experience with responsive design, modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap), and component-driven design systems.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling.

• Strong understanding of version control (Git), including branching and pull requests.

• Experience building scalable, maintainable web applications with CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver successful software products—experience in AdTech, MarTech, or eCommerce platforms is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a remote-first, asynchronous team environment.

• Experience leveraging AI tools for development, debugging, design assistance, or workflow automation—and staying informed on AI-driven trends in front-end engineering.
