Frontend Experience Lead

Description

• Oversee the development of highly interactive, efficient, and scalable user interfaces. • Guide a team of UI engineers and set the technical direction for front-end architecture. • Partner with product leaders, UX designers, and backend engineering to translate requirements into UI solutions. • Shape design systems and optimize performance for real-time insights and workflows. • Collaborate with product and design teams for seamless user experiences. • Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across all interactions. • Optimize UI rendering performance for real-time data visualization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production-grade web applications in React.js, Javascript and TypeScript. • Minimum 2 years leading or mentoring UI or frontend engineering teams. • Strong understanding of scalable UI architecture, modern design patterns, and performance optimization. • Hands-on experience with state management frameworks such as Redux, Recoil, or equivalent tools. • Exposure to UI testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library. • Ability to build and optimize complex dashboards and data-rich interfaces. • Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and usability best practices. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style. • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile product environments.
