Frontend Engineer

Description

• Build and maintain features in the Themis web application using modern frontend frameworks • Translate designs and complex workflows into intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces • Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs • Own features end to end, from design and implementation through testing and release • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility • Build and maintain reusable components and contribute to our design system • Participate in code reviews and help raise the bar for frontend quality • Partner with product and design to shape requirements and user experience • Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and frontend best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience building production web applications with modern JavaScript or TypeScript • Proficiency with React • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive, accessible design • Experience integrating with REST or GraphQL APIs • Experience writing tested, maintainable frontend code • Strong attention to detail and a passion for great user experience • Ability to own features end to end and collaborate across disciplines
