Description

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in frontend development • Deep expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and state management tools like Redux or React Query • Strong implementation skills with a user-centered mindset and high attention to detail • Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services • Track record of improving agent tooling (e.g., reducing average handle time, increasing productivity) • Passion for building reusable frontend components that support scale across a platform
