Frontend Engineer – Podcast

Description

• Be a strong contributor and leader to the team to plan, design, and execute technical solutions • Lead frontend initiatives and set the groundwork for • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, designers and analysts across the Podcast Mission • Build and maintain scalable applications for both internal and external users • Share knowledge, document processes, and evangelize best practices • Ensure that our user experience is the very best it can be

Requirements

• You’re an experienced developer with 3+ years of experience in Javascript and React. Typescript is a plus. • You have strong communications skills and can work in a fast-paced environment. • You are able to take initiative and work independently • You’re have an understanding of Javascript design patterns, data structures, and web architecture • You’re passionate about the user experience and design best practices • You’re inquisitive about the latest technologies and are always looking for ways to improve our existing products • Bonus: you have some experience with backend technologies and can debug issues on your own (we use Golang, Kafka, and GraphQL).
