Description

• Design, implement, and maintain a feature-flag and A/B-testing framework that supports rapid launch, metric collection, and automated rollback of growth experiments. • Build and scale microservices for key growth features: referral program APIs, action-card engine, push-notification orchestration. • Instrument all services with real-time metrics, tracing, and logging; partner with Data teams to ensure clean event schemas and dashboarding. • Own on-call rotations for growth services, define SLAs, write playbooks for incident response, and drive post-mortem action items. • Partner closely with Product, Frontend, Design, and Analytics to translate hypotheses into backend solutions, remove blockers, and deliver end-to-end experiments. • Ensure all growth systems meet sub-100ms latency targets under load and maintain ≥99.9% uptime.

Requirements

• 7+ Years of Backend Experience: Demonstrated success in building large-scale, high-availability systems in Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS (or similar frameworks). • Web3/Crypto Knowledge: Familiarity with on-chain data, wallet integrations, or decentralized application patterns is strongly preferred. • Strong System Design & Architecture Skills: Ability to translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions, with a keen eye for performance trade-offs and fault tolerance. • Leadership & Communication: Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical initiatives, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
