• Lead the technical direction of the frontend team, ensuring high-quality architecture, design, and implementation
• Write clean, scalable, and performant code while reviewing and mentoring others
• Partner with a Product Manager, a Designer, Backend Engineers to plan and deliver features end-to-end
• Design and build the SDK and services that enable Web3 builders to ship user-friendly products faster, onboard users, and accelerate product growth
• Drive consistency across the frontend codebase (standards, testing, performance, accessibility)
• Anticipate technical challenges, propose pragmatic solutions, and guide the team through trade-offs
• Act as the first point of contact for cross-team collaboration on frontend-related concerns
• Contribute to building a culture of knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and collaboration
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies (e.g. React, Javascript, TypeScript, state management, build tools)
• Ability to make architectural decisions and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience mentoring and supporting other engineers (code reviews, pairing, structured guidance)
• Collaborative mindset — able to work closely with a Product Manager and a Designer to align technical execution with product goals
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, Ethereum ecosystems, and libraries like ethers.js or web3.js
• Understanding of common Web3 integrations (wallets, smart contracts, APIs)
