Frontend Engineer

Description

• Build and maintain user-facing web features using React, TypeScript, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and modern tooling. • Improve frontend architecture, component libraries, and developer tooling. • Ensure performance, accessibility, reliability, and maintainability across core surfaces. • Contribute to CI/CD improvements to support fast, reliable deployments. • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments. • Build experiment variations, use feature flags, and ensure proper analytics instrumentation. • Analyze experiment results with Product/Data and recommend next iterations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ideas, hypotheses, and experiment execution.

Requirements

• Proficiency with TypeScript, Javascript, React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, Playwright, Turborepo. • Experience with A/B testing frameworks or experimentation tooling. • Experience with AWS, Terraform, Cloudflare. • Strong understanding of web fundamentals and performance. • Strong grounding in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices. • Strong customer empathy. • Product oriented. • Ability to influence and collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners. • Data-driven and hypothesis-led mindset.
