### Job Qualification

* BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
* 6+ years of development experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
* Experience leading technical vision and direction for frontend development and the ability to mentor and guide other developers.
* Solid understanding of modern UI/UX concepts, industry-standard accessibility patterns (A11y), and the ability to implement pixel-perfect designs.
* Solid understanding of REST APIs to connect web applications to back-end services.
* Experience in frontend end-to-end testing to ensure the quality of the app.
* Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs.
* Proven record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver SaaS products.
* Self-starting, proactive, and able to engage with others for guidance and feedback.
* Demonstrates deep understanding, passion, and alignment with our mission.
