## Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development • Experience in growth led product organizations • Hands-on experience in TypeScript, Python, or Go • Deep understanding of how search engines crawl and render web applications • Familiarity with React / Next.js, Node.js, or similar frameworks • Experience optimizing large-scale, high-traffic sites • Proven ability to improve Core Web Vitals and page load performance • Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and HTTP fundamentals • Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments • Excellent communication skills
