Picture this: You'll be working remotely, with occasional visits to our Handforth Support Office (usually once or twice per quarter). We're all about making life easier for pets and their owners, and our mission is to reinvent their digital experiences from nose to tail. With a modern tech stack at our fingertips, we're creating custom front-end applications and integrating with top-notch platforms like Optimizely CMS and other e-commerce tools. Now, let's talk about the role. As a Front-end Developer, you'll bring at least 4 - 5 years of your technical expertise to our customer-facing platform and help us build a world class user experience. With a modern tech stack and top-notch integrations, you'll unleash your creativity to build something extraordinary.

So, what do we expect from you? Show us your skills and let your tech prowess shine:

• You can demonstrate your experience developing with TypeScript and React (ideally Next.js). SCSS modules and semantic HTML with a good understanding of accessible web standards.
• You have experience writing unit tests using tools like Jest and React Testing Library, and you've also dabbled in end-to-end testing using tools like Playwright or Cypress.
• You’re familiar working in an agile environment following the Scrum methodology.
• You understand scalability and have an eye for crafting delightful interfaces.
• Your communication skills are as sharp as a dog's sense of smell!
• Curiosity fuels your passion. You're always eager to learn and explore new technologies. The world of web development is your playground!
• While not essential, experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD would be a definite bonus.
