Frontend Developer

Description

• Architect and implement core ad-serving infrastructure • Design high-performance APIs for real-time bidding • Create analytics systems for performance and revenue tracking • Manage database migrations and performance optimization • Lead integrations with major e-commerce and ad partners • Build developer tools and automation workflows • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks • Optimize queries, caching, and data access layers • Implement A/B testing and experimentation pipelines • Collaborate closely with founders and product leads • Shape technical architecture and engineering culture • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience • Expert-level TypeScript/JavaScript skills with modern frameworks • Proven experience with PostgreSQL, API design, and cloud infrastructure • Ownership mindset — proactive, accountable, and execution-driven • Operates with urgency; balances speed and quality • Thrives amid ambiguity and shifting priorities • Embraces AI tools as a core part of modern development • Disagrees constructively and commits decisively • Comfortable context-switching between backend, frontend, and infra • Curious about bleeding-edge tech and best practices • Data-driven — you trust metrics over assumptions • Systems thinker who sees how pieces fit together at scale • Bonus Points: Experience in ad-tech (RTB, DSPs, attribution, or affiliate marketing), Data engineering experience (ETL pipelines, analytics, or warehousing), Familiarity with stack: KeystoneJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS
