Front End Web Developer

Description

• Develop features and enhancements to marketing sites in a secure, well-tested, and performant way • Own front-end web development projects from scoping through implementation and optimization • Craft code that meets internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices • Lead front-end architecture decisions, maintaining component libraries and performance optimization strategies • Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining brand consistency • Collaborate with the Web Platforms team on CMS integration • Implement responsive designs that work across devices and browsers • Work with Marketing teams to implement tracking and analytics code • Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers • Partner with Product and Strategy teams to scope major initiatives • Identify and implement improvements to the front-end codebase

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional front-end web development experience • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Expertise in React/NextJS (Vue.js or Angular also considered) • Experience with TypeScript and modern CSS methodologies (CSS-in-JS, CSS Modules, Tailwind, or similar) • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) • Experience with modern deployment and hosting platforms (Vercel strongly preferred) • Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful strongly preferred) • Familiarity with modern development workflows: Git, CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and package managers • Track record managing technical debt strategically • Experience with lead gen form architecture • Experience implementing web analytics, data layer management, and tag management • Experience with web performance optimization and SEO technical fundamentals • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Experience running or contributing to a team’s execution
