Front End Engineer, React

Description

• Lead the design and development of front-end features using React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Back-End teams to deliver end-to-end features

• Implement component-based architecture and scalable state management patterns

• Champion performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design best practices

• Contribute to our design system and help evolve our front-end architecture

• Explore and integrate AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and quality

• Partner with product and data teams to prototype AI-powered user features

• Mentor mid-level engineers and share best practices for scalable, maintainable React development

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack web application development

• Expert in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards

• Experience collaborating within agile, cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and a focus on team outcomes over individual output
