Front End Engineer II

Description

• Build and maintain single-page web applications using Ember.js, Web Components (Lit), and TypeScript • Collaborate with data visualization experts, UX engineers, cloud engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts • Write automated tests for code • Use technical expertise to help the team make sound decisions regarding user experience and frontend code design • Participate in code reviews for personal and fellow engineers’ code • Continually learn about evolving challenges and complexities in the cybersecurity industry • Introduce significant new features and enhancements to the Automated Leads product • Manage and work across more than one project at a time

Requirements

• Deep understanding of JavaScript • Experience building web application front ends with modern frameworks such as Svelte, Ember, React, Angular, or Vue • Experience with testing frameworks, tools and methodologies such as QUnit, Vitest, and Playwright • Functional knowledge and interest in developing genuinely accessible interfaces • Strong HTML and CSS skills • Experience with animation, scalable/modular CSS, and preprocessors such as SCSS and LESS is a bonus • Familiarity with client-side build processes and tools such as Ember CLI, Webpack, and Vite • Comfortable with Git/version control workflows • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Experience with debugging across the stack is a bonus • Experience working in a large monorepo is a bonus • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and GCP is a bonus • Prior experience in cybersecurity is a bonus • Experience working with design systems is a bonus • Experience working with data visualization libraries is a bonus • Experience with web accessibility testing and support is a bonus
