• We’re seeking a full-stack engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-based products from scratch.

### Requirements

• Startup Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience. Former founders are especially valued for their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Prior Experience: 2-6 years of hands-on engineering experience.

• Educational Background: Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 50 in the United States.

• Backend Skills: Strong background in JS/Typescript and Python (we also build voice agents!)

• Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Next.js.
Cloud Platforms: Proficient with AWS, Fly.io, and Postgres.

• Scalability: Familiarity with Docker is a big plus.

• Regulatory: Basic or professional experience with HIPAA is useful.
