Description

• Own end-to-end architecture and ship production features across a suite of four integrated SaaS products • Design data models and backend services for complex multi-hospital, multi-unit organizational structures • Build AI workflows for exemplar writing, evidence organization, and document retrieval across large program datasets • Implement enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, role-based access control (RBAC), audit logging, and HRIS integrations • Join customer calls, hear problems firsthand, and translate feedback into shipped product within tight timelines • Define and establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and scalable architectural patterns for a growing team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production SaaS products • Strong full-stack development skills: TypeScript, React, and server-side JavaScript (Node.js) • Experience designing backend systems for multi-tenant or multi-unit, workflow-heavy applications • Hands-on experience with enterprise authentication (SSO/SAML), RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integration • Experience building AI-powered workflows for document generation, evidence organization, or large-dataset retrieval • Proven ability to own both architecture and implementation in an early-stage, fast-moving environment • Ability to engage directly with non-technical domain experts and customers, and translate feedback quickly into product • Clear written and verbal communicator who collaborates well across functions
