• Essential part of building the foundational infrastructure and capabilities of Along
• Contributing to the end-to-end software development on all relevant software platforms within Along, as well as other software development-related tasks with direct reporting to our founders.
• Contributing to the maintenance of Along's software products and technologies, including tasks related to technology deployment, integration, configuration, troubleshooting and error resolution.
• Upholding Along's standards on agility and co-creation by contributing towards agile ways of working through participation in sprint ceremonies and collaborating with product and design team members
• Upholding Along's standards on customer centricity by building software with end users in mind and helping towards building the best experience for users through user testing and customer support/service management.
• Building integrations to essential tools from a sales team’s tech-stack with a primary focus on CRM’s - any prior experience here is plus
• 3+ years working experience as a full-stack software engineer working in a team contributing to a production codebase
• A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (design patterns, data structures and algorithms) and software development lifecycle (version control, test automation, etc.)
• Experience building web applications and enjoy engaging with product & design while working across both the frontend and backend stack
• Experienced in web development, server side development, API architecture and design, data and information architecture
• Demonstrated fluency with Node.js, Nestjs, SQL, JavaScript/Typescript, Java
• Experience with software development frameworks such as React and Next.js
• Experience with cloud engineering and DevOps on cloud platforms (like AWS & Azure or GCloud) and CI/CD tools like (GitHub, Docker, Terraform)
• Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment
• An interest in learning from others and digging into new challenges
• An inclusive and collaborative attitude towards building features, solving problems, and growing teams
