- Work closely with other developers and key partners to refine platform functionality and introduce new features.
- Collaborate with the Lead Front-End Developer to define technical approaches and document solutions for new features or changes.
- Create clear and detailed documentation for work packages, ensuring smooth communication across development teams and external partners.
- Manage the development backlog effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure timely delivery and collaboration.
- Monitor and maintain live products, identifying opportunities for incremental improvements and optimisations.
- Experiment with new digital technologies and services that can enhance the fan experience or drive online revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience with front-end languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.

- Experience in UI development, with a keen eye for following UX guidelines and enhancing the user experience.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and the integration process.
- Experience with front-end tooling like Node.js/npm and Webpack.
- A good understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Expertise in performance optimisation and experience with relevant testing tools.
- Prior experience working in Agile environments and collaborating on fast-moving projects.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Next.js and NX.
- Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
- Familiarity with Umbraco CMS.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Jasmine.
- Understanding of scalable coding methodologies, including BEM and micro front-ends.
- Experience with Google Optimise, Google Analytics (GA), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
