AWS Full Stack Developer

Description

• Develop front-end applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript • Build backend services in Python running on AWS Lambda • Develop and maintain workflows using AWS Step Functions, Textract, and Bedrock • Support infrastructure managed through CloudFormation • Build and enhance a multi-tenant, case-agnostic platform already serving active clients • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to deliver new functionality and platform improvements • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and improve productivity • Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code • Deliver high-quality features quickly and reliably • Keep front-end and back-end systems scalable, maintainable, and performant • Support technical solutions aligned with business objectives and client needs • Maintain high engineering standards while moving quickly • Help the platform scale as new capabilities are introduced

Requirements

• Candidates must be based in Puerto Rico • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements • Mid-level full stack development experience using React/TypeScript on the front end and Python on the back end • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code practices, modular APIs, and maintainable architecture • Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Textract, Bedrock, and CloudFormation, or equivalent experience in Azure or GCP environments with strong cloud fundamentals • Experience building and maintaining production software applications • Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of a daily workflow • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Professional proficiency in English • Salesforce or Agentforce experience preferred • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures preferred • Experience with document processing, workflow automation, or AI-powered applications preferred • Experience working in fast-moving startup or early-stage product environments preferred • AWS certifications preferred • Execution-focused and highly accountable • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight • Strong builder mentality with a bias toward action • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn • Comfortable using AI-assisted development as part of the workflow • Collaborative and able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
